About The Role

Our clients reach out to us when they have complicated challenges they want to solve, and our ability to deliver depends on building and maintaining a strong team. Your role will be to find, vet, preserve, and empower the best DevOps Engineers out there so that our team can solve these challenges for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for DevOps engineers and other roles: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring globally.
  • Build talent pipelines for both immediate project needs and long-term company growth.
  • Create and implement HR processes that support team growth, onboarding, and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs for client projects.
  • Draft and manage contracts for international hires (full-time, part-time, freelance, contractors).
  • Support employee engagement, team culture, and professional growth.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR and people-related matters across the organization.
  • Launch & manage programs to attract relevant talent.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing data in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build HR processes from the ground up.
  • Undergraduate studies, equivalent professional training programs, or relevant/unique experience that demonstrates your ability to excel in this role.

Bonus Points

  • Bonus: Strong understanding of international hiring and contracting models.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with global compliance and labor laws is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with Notion (or equivalent CRM), Slack, and N8N.
  • Most importantly: You are adaptable, technologically minded, and eager to learn — even if you haven't used our exact systems or processes before.
